D. Sean Nation has dedicated his career to representing individuals and institutions in complex class actions. Prior to joining the Thompson Consumer Law Group, Mr. Nation worked at a national class action firm. His experience in complex litigation involves all aspects of the litigation process, from investigation of claims through jury trial and appeal. He has had significant involvement in a variety of matters, including discovery, briefing, class certification and trial for:

Mr. Nation obtained his law degree from New York University School of Law where he was Articles Editor for the Journal of Law and Liberty. He graduated from Emory University, magna cum laude, with a degree in political science and history.
